Frank implements and supports industrial networks, with a focus on water and wastewater SCADA systems. He works with engineers, system integrators, and utility staff to troubleshoot problems, document existing networks, and make improvements.
Ongoing involvement helps Frank understand how each site connects and how changes affect the rest of the system. Cedar Networking also provides network and IT support for small businesses.
A practical working relationship
Frank works directly with clients and project teams, explains findings clearly, and documents the work.

Based in southeastern Pennsylvania
Cedar Networking supports water and wastewater utilities, other industrial SCADA environments, and small businesses across southeastern Pennsylvania. Travel outside the region is available by arrangement.
